Yesterday was my routine cleaning and exam of my teeth. The office was clean and well ventilated , and staff was welcoming as usual. They make every effort to make you comfortable. I am a registered nurse so I look for evidence of health promoting factors and I was well satisfied. Dr. Lucombe and his assistant have taken care of my family's dental needs for thirty four years and three generations. I consider his dental practice to be the best that money can buy: therefore, we stay with him. year after year.

On Nov. 3rd I had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Lucombe. I continue to be very impressed with his knowledge & skill in all things related to my oral health. As previously mentioned below, his office staff is very accommodating & personable. His appointments are well managed such that I've never had to wait more than a very few minutes before being seen. Anyone looking for a highly qualified dentist must give serious consideration to De Lucs Dental! Most recently I had an appointment on May 3, 2021 for teeth cleaning. At that time Dr. Lucombe recommended I have an extraction of a tooth that had been troublesome for some time. The extraction was painless & quick! This is a modern well run dental practice. The staff is very competent, but also friendly & caring. There's very little waiting as appointments are carefully scheduled. Dr. Lucombe always explains procedures & is happy to answer questions. There's street parking & garage parking half a block away. I've been a patient for many years and will continue to be. My most last appointment was on Nov 2, 2020. Everything I said in my previous review continues to be true. The practice continues to update its technology applications for the benefit of patients and staff. Dr. Lacombe stays current on dental practice & procedures and their use as appropriate for each patient. The practice also strictly adheres to the CDC Covid-19 protocols for the safety of all patients and staff.

Best dentist ever. The whole staff is amazing. They see you right away. No wasting your life in a waiting room. Sadly, I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my life - and nothing even compares. The office atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Appointments are on time. Plus, the office is easy to reach via public or private transportation. Parking options are available nearby. Also, if like me your health insurance does not cover dental care, De Lucs Dental has a membership plan that offers some helpful discounts that I, for example, have been able to take advantage of. Just had 2 filings done, which I waited months to do because of genuine FEAR of needles... Dr. Lucombs explained the whole process in detail (I was still scared but made my appt so it wouldn't get worse). It was a Breeze; no pain and done well. This was my first time visiting Dr. De Lucs office, I found him on the internet and he had so many good reviews and 5 star ratings that I decided to make an appointment with his office. I had a bad experience with another Dentist and was looking for someone more experienced and took pride in their job. I found this in Dr. De Lucs. First when I called to set up the appointment the nurse Ms. Cordel was so kind, I told her about the experience I had and she made me feel very comfortable and told me I had nothing to worry about that they would take good care of me and that De Lucs really cares about his patients. Then when I arrived it was no different. They really did show concern, sympathy, kindness and professionalism. I felt so comfortable. They talked to me because I really was a bundle of nerves and emotional. After that I just felt like I was in such GOOD hands. I was reluctant to go to dentist during Covid 19 pandemic. The dental office was immaculate and all staff and patients wore masks. the Dentist and assist wore masks thicker than usual and shields. Staff were observed cleaning and disinfecting after each patient left. There was an air purifyer in waiting room. I felt safer when I left the office. The dental care was the best that exists in the world because the dentist is an Howard University Dental School Graduate.

Yesterday was my routine cleaning and exam of my teeth. The office was clean and well ventilated , and staff was welcoming as usual. They make every effort to make you comfortable. I am a registered nurse so I look for evidence of health promoting factors and I was well satisfied. Dr. Lucombe and his assistant have taken care of my family's dental needs for thirty four years and three generations. I consider his dental practice to be the best that money can buy: therefore, we stay with him. year after year.

On Nov. 3rd I had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Lucombe. I continue to be very impressed with his knowledge & skill in all things related to my oral health. As previously mentioned below, his office staff is very accommodating & personable. His appointments are well managed such that I've never had to wait more than a very few minutes before being seen. Anyone looking for a highly qualified dentist must give serious consideration to De Lucs Dental! Most recently I had an appointment on May 3, 2021 for teeth cleaning. At that time Dr. Lucombe recommended I have an extraction of a tooth that had been troublesome for some time. The extraction was painless & quick! This is a modern well run dental practice. The staff is very competent, but also friendly & caring. There's very little waiting as appointments are carefully scheduled. Dr. Lucombe always explains procedures & is happy to answer questions. There's street parking & garage parking half a block away. I've been a patient for many years and will continue to be. My most last appointment was on Nov 2, 2020. Everything I said in my previous review continues to be true. The practice continues to update its technology applications for the benefit of patients and staff. Dr. Lacombe stays current on dental practice & procedures and their use as appropriate for each patient. The practice also strictly adheres to the CDC Covid-19 protocols for the safety of all patients and staff.

Best dentist ever. The whole staff is amazing. They see you right away. No wasting your life in a waiting room. Sadly, I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my life - and nothing even compares. Also, if like me your health insurance does not cover dental care, De Lucs Dental has a membership plan that offers some helpful discounts that I, for example, have been able to take advantage of. Just had 2 filings done, which I waited months to do because of genuine FEAR of needles... Dr. Lucombs explained the whole process in detail (I was still scared but made my appt so it wouldn't get worse). It was a Breeze; no pain and done well. It is so good to have a gentle and professional dentist and that's Dr. Lucombe. He and his excellent assistant always make me feel well taken care of and safe--I had terrible experiences at the dentist as a child and even spent several years as a n adult skipping the dentist altogether. This was my first time visiting Dr. De Lucs office, I found him on the internet and he had so many good reviews and 5 star ratings that I decided to make an appointment with his office. I had a bad experience with another Dentist and was looking for someone more experienced and took pride in their job. I found this in Dr. De Lucs. First when I called to set up the appointment the nurse Ms. Cordel was so kind, I told her about the experience I had and she made me feel very comfortable and told me I had nothing to worry about that they would take good care of me and that De Lucs really cares about his patients. Then when I arrived it was no different. They really did show concern, sympathy, kindness and professionalism. I felt so comfortable. They talked to me because I really was a bundle of nerves and emotional. After that I just felt like I was in such GOOD hands. I was reluctant to go to dentist during Covid 19 pandemic. The dental office was immaculate and all staff and patients wore masks. the Dentist and assist wore masks thicker than usual and shields. Staff were observed cleaning and disinfecting after each patient left. There was an air purifyer in waiting room. I felt safer when I left the office. The dental care was the best that exists in the world because the dentist is an Howard University Dental School Graduate.
